- I am a writer. My Ph.D. is in English from the University of Chicago.
I taught English Language and Literature on the college level for about 20 years.
My book "Ceremony and Text
in the Renaissance" is published by The University of Delaware press.
I have had three plays produced including, “Run, Run from
Setting of the Sun,” which was performed both in Columbus and New York.I also have numerous poems and essays published.
Most recently I was honored to be the Project Writer for "Documenting the Diaspora: The Somali Documentary Project"
