Probably, knowing the enviornment, it's more a question of decision & creativeness... You could create fantastic learning places with cents!...
E.g.: In the Master, we use to have a chaotic space instead that a normal magister classroom... And the learning process flows better (considering the limitations of space, technology, furnitures and confort...)

Probably I'm a step back... To have a place that facilitate interaction, first you have to have the place... And to achieve that... you would need intention (e.g.: the dean has to be convinced that), decision ("we'll do it!"), creativeness (if you show the videos, especifically the first one, some people will say "to much money... let see in 5 years!)
