Or should I write “watched a Vook”? With a low level of interactivity but cool new ways of creativity, Vook is the brand new proposal mixing text and video to offer what, to be honest, is just an illustrated short story. Surely, we will see lot of novelties in the publishing field in the coming months. Some of them will be successful, some not.

As a trial, I have bought my first vook novel: The Embassy. From my point of view, strengths are more than weak points: easy to stop and start reading or watching, good video quality, nice displaying and so on; but the great inconvenient comes when you think about the target: who is going to pay for such a story?
