General information about SUPAIR 

SUPAIR is a recruitment organisation, linked to Delft University of Technology. SUPAIR acts as intermediary in the placement of engineers in companies and public service organisations.

Recently graduated or with work experience
SUPAIR works for engineers who are in their last year of their studies, are just graduated or who already have (some) work experience. In responding to a recruitment assignment, SUPAIR selects for you the most suitably qualified engineers.

SUPAIR acts as intermediary between potential employers and candidates
SUPAIR improves the post-qualification prospects for young engineers, contributes to strengthening the links between the university and the industry and helps to raise awareness of the TU Delft. SUPAIR’s activities benefit both the industry and TU graduates.

SUPAIR’s history
TU Delft founded SUPAIR in late 1995, because it appeared that newly qualified engineers were not finding it easy to get a job, often because they lacked work experience. TU Delft thought it important to help its graduates make a good start, so SUPAIR was born. Nowadays also engineers who want to take the next step in their careers can come to SUPAIR.

Marja Oppenoorth-Moonen, then working in the Fluid Dynamics Research School, was asked in the beginning of 1997 to help plan the development of SUPAIR and has worked as a senior advisor. In 2007 Marja Oppenoorth-Moonen became manager of SUPAIR. Since January 2007 Annette van Vastenhoven is working as an advisor and from December 2009 Equiano Spruit Bleeker joined as a junior advisor.
