Christina Wood is a seasoned events professional with an international reputation.
She has developed and delivered high value business-to-business exhibitions,
conferences and summits on every continent and in a broad range of industries –
from luxury travel to telecoms and transport; from customer management to defence.
Her achievements include:

• 2010 will see the launch of a world series of events for the customer
engagement market. Christina has been intrinsically involved in the
development of the programme, which will bring buyers and vendors together in
business focused formats across four continents.
• Christina has successfully repositioned a flagship event for Reed International.
By creating new revenue streams, working creatively with sponsors and reducing
operational delivery costs, she grew profitability by 30% while growing the size and
seniority of the delegate base.
• In 2008, working with a group of industry specialists, she created the Luxury
Travel Forum – an innovative event that used real time research to generate
extensive global media coverage, a thought leadership report and valuable
networking opportunities for its commercial sponsors.
• A series entrepreneur, she has founded, established and sold valuable event
and media properties. The £2 million turnover media and events business she
founded in the 1980ʼs was sold to Nexus Media in 1992.
