Well I've signed, but as you say, its that long since the ban only a few old hands seem bothered and none of the new generation. What they've never had they never miss, but surley the 100,000 odd ex pistol shooters can't all have died off.

So far less than 12,000 signatures on the .22 pistol reclassification epetition ... see below... 100,000 are required to prompt an automatic debate in Parliament. The closing date is 8th August this year which doesn't inspire confidence in a successful outcome. It sends out a message to government that the shooting fraternity are unconcerned about a possible return to some form of target handgun ownership (other than muzzle loaders)
