Yes, it was one of those weeks. Not only Gardening Club but PCC as well. Result - 14 dedicated singers at the rehearsal. But, all was not lost! As has happened in the past, it was a <b>very</b> successful practice. We even learnt some new stuff. The rest of you will have to catch up next time. Well done to those who were there!</span></p>

Outside singin may not be ideal, but our smallish audience were very appreciative and I think we got to some folk who we might ordinarily hear us. We received many positive comments, not least from the Mayor himself. </span></p>
<p><span style="color: #000000;">Then the Cropwell Bishop Celebration Weekend concert in St Giles. Most people I think will agree that the concert itself was a great improvement over the previous year and our Rhythm of Life was something that will be remembered.</span></p>

<p><span style="color: #000000;">We'll be working quite a bit with Richard Rodgers in the coming weeks, so there'll be a lot of nostalgia for many of us. But we'll also be completing our present Abba collection and, no doubt, one or two other bits and pieces.</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #000000;">Next week we'll be a bit thin on the ground, it being both Gardening Club week and Church Council. Next week is a Gardening Club week, so numbers will be down anyway. I hope as many of the rest of you will be able to come so we can finalise what we will sing at the social the following week.</span></p>
