What's pink?  Has romantic raspberries?  LOTS of vodka, a dash of Cointreau, and a good splash of Champagne?  A Flirtini! 

And herein lies the recipe for the first ever smashing cocktail of 'Club Cocktail'.  Invitation only, on a rotation basis, taking turns as designated drivers,..... come enjoy with us. 

Flirtini (pic to follow)

6 fresh raspberries

1 cup ice cubes

30 ml vodka (yep 30!!)

15 ml Cointreau

15 ml cranberry juice

15ml bottled pineapple juice

60ml brut Champagne

CRUSH raspberries in the base of a large wine glass and top with half the ice.

COMBINE the remaining ice, vodka, Cointreau and juices in a cocktail shaker and shake away.Pour into the glass and top with the champagne.

And they really are perfect for a humid, summer evening.
