This is only a few minutes walk from the magnificent Fantasy Island complex & the beach, Its ideal for all ages which includes a variety of fairground rides and a market.

 

Available for families and couples ONLY (no same sex groups)

NO UNDER 21'S (singles or groups) 

NO PETS

NO SMOKING

 

Caravan comes with all homes comforts you expect in a modern design with 3 bedrooms, 1 double 2 twin rooms and a double pull out bed (situated in living area). 

 

Kitchen is well equipped with:

Cooker

Full size Fridge/Freezer

Microwave

Toaster

Kettle

Saucepans/ kitchen utensils

Iron/Ironing board

 

Lounge also includes Tv with free view & Dvd player. It also has sky connection, so all you need to do is bring your sky Box.

 

We supply duvet & pillows, but you will need to bring your own duvet covers, linen and towels.

 

Check in time is 1pm and check out is 10am this allows us to ensure the caravan is ready for the next occupants. The caravan is of a very high standard so please leave the caravan in as clean a condition as you would expect to find it on your arrival.

 

All breakage's must be paid for.

 

A £100 bond is payable in addition to the price and will be refunded upon return of keys & once caravan has been checked and found to be clean with nothing broken, damaged or lost after the holiday. 

 

 A Deposit of £50 per week is required to secure all bookings (non-refundable)
