Materials:
PSP (I used PSP8 but this tutorial should be able to be done in most other versions as well).
Graphic of your choice or the one I used HERE.

Filters Unlimited 2
Simple
Toadies
Graphics Plus

This tutorial is written for my friend Reenie.  She is one of the most down to earth people you'll ever meet!

Ready now?  Let's PSP!

1.  Open your graphic.
2.  Shift + D to duplicate and then close the original.
3.  Choose a light color from your image for your foreground (I used A96332) and a dark color for your background ( I used 552822).
4.  Set your forground to gradient.
5.  Select the Foreground/Background gradient.  Angel-0, Repeats-0, Invert NOT checked, and linear style.
6.  Set your background to a gold or silver pattern of your choice.
7.  Image> Add Borders> 2 in a color NOT in your image.
8.  Select with the Magic Wand (Feather & Tolerance both set at 0).
9.  Flood fill with your gold or silver pattern.
10.  Selections> Invert.
11.  Effects> 3D Effects> CutOut with Vertical & Horizontal set at 0, Opacity at 100, Blur at 1.00, and the color black.
12.  Selections> Select None.
13.  Image> Add Borders> 10.
14.  Select with the Magic Wand.
15.  Flood fill with the gradient.
16.  Effects> Plug-Ins> Filters Unlimited 2.0> Distortion Filters> Cracked with the default setting.
17.  Effects> Plug-Ins> Simple> TopLeftMirror.
18.  Selections> Select None.
19.  Image> Add Borders> 2.
20.  Select with the Magic Wand.
21.  Flood fill with your gold or silver pattern.
22.  Selections> Select None.
23.  Image> Add Borders> 20.
24.  Select with the Magic Wand.
25.  Flood fill with the gradient.
26.  Effects> Texture Effects> Mosiac Glass with the default settings.
27.  Effects> Plug-Ins> Simple> TopLeftMirror.
28.  Selections> Select None.
29.  Image> Add Borders> 2.
30.  Select with the Magic Wand.
31.  Flood fill with your gold or silver pattern.
32.  Selections> Select None.
33.  Image> Add Borders> 20.
34.  Select with the Magic Wand.
35.  Flood fill with the gradient.
36.  Effects> Plug-Ins> Filter Factory 2.0> Toadies> What Are You?  If Toadies isn't there, you'll have to import it into Filters Unlimited.
37.  Selections> Select None.
38.  Image> Add Borders> 2.
39.  Flood fill with your gold or silver pattern.
40.  Selections> Select None.
41.  Image> Add Borders> 40.
42.  Select with the Magic Wand.
43.  Flood fill with the gradient.
44.  Effects> Plug-Ins> Graphics Plus> Cross Shadow with the default settings.
45.  Selections> Select None.
46.  Image> Add Borders> 2.
47.  Select with the Magic Wand.
48.  Flood fill with the gold or silver pattern.
49.  Selections> Select None.
50.  Add corners if you wish.
