This tutorial is written for my wonderful friend Phyllis.  I much admire her strength and courage to take on life's obstacles.

This tutorial is written by me, any similarities to another tutorial is purely coincidental.  Also, you must have my permission before sharing my tutorials.

Materials:
PSP (I used PSP8, but this tutorial should be able to be done in most other versions too.)
Graphic of your choice or the one I used
HERE.

Plug-Ins:
Cybia Screenworks
Graphics Plus

1.  Open your graphic.
2.  Shift + D and then close out the orginal.
3.  Resize if necessary.  If you resize Adjust> Sharpness> Sharpen.
4.  Now Edit> Copy.  We'll use this later on in the tutorial.
5.  Choose a light color from your graphic for your foreground (I used C2313B) and a dark color for your background (I used 982ES8).
6.  Now set your background to pattern and choose a nice gold or silver pattern.
7.  Image> Add Borders> 2 in a color not in your image.
8.  Select with the Magic Wand (Tolerance and Feather set at 0).
9.  Flood Fill with your gold or silver pattern.
10.  Adjust> Sharpness> Sharpen.
11.  Selections> Invert.
12.  Effects> 3D Effects> CutOut with the settings in the screen shot below.

13.  Selection> Select None.
14.  Image> Add Borders> 6 in your background color.
15.  Select with the Magic Wand.
16.  Effects> Plug-Ins> Cybia> Screenworks> Crescent Wave set at 0.
17.  Selections> Select None.
18.  Image> Add Borders> 2 in a color not in your image.
19.  Select with the Magic Wand.
20.  Flood Fill with your gold or silver pattern.
21.  Adjust> Sharpness> Sharpen.
22.  Selections> Select None.
23.  Image> Add Borders> 15 in your foreground color.
24.  Select with the Magic Wand.
25.  Effects> Plug-Ins> Graphics Plus> Cross Shadow with the default settings.
26.  Selections> Select None.
27.  Image> Add Borders> 2 in a color not in your image.
28.  Select with the Magic Wand.
29.  Flood Fill with your gold or silver pattern.
30.  Adjust> Sharpness> Sharpen.
31.  Selections> Select None.
32.  Image> Add Borders> 40 in your background color.
33.  Select with the Magic Wand.
34.  Layers> New> Raster Layer.
35.  Edit> Paste> Paste Into Selection (this is why we copied our graphic at the begining).
36.  Now set this layer to Burn in your layer pallette.
37.  Layers> Merge> Merge All (Flatten).
38.  Image> Add Borders> 2 in a color not in your image.
39.  Select with the Magic Wand.
40.  Flood Fill with your gold or silver pattern.
41.  Adjust> Sharpness> Sharpen.
42.  Selections> Select None.
43.  Image> Add Borders> 6 in your background color.
44.  Select with the Magic Wand.
45.  Effects> Plug-Ins> Cybia> Screenworks> Crescent Wave set at 0.
46.  Selections> Select None.
47.  Image> Add Borders> 2 in a color not in your image.
48.  Select with the Magic Wand.
49.  Flood Fill with your gold or silver pattern.
50.  Adjust> Sharpness> Sharpen.
51.  Selections> Select None.
52.  Add Corners if you wish.
