This tutorial is written by me and any similarities to another tutorial is purely coincidental. Do not share my tutorials without my permission.
Each image will have a different outcome. So your results may not be exactly the same.
Let's get started!
1. Open your graphic. You can use one of your own or the one I supplied in the zip file.
2. Shift + D and then close the original.
3. Pick a light color from your graphic for the foreground (I used F1CFDD) and a dark color for the background (I used D5387D).
4. Set your foreground to the Foreground/Background gradient with the settings in the screen shot below.__46__.jpg)
5. Now set your background to the SilverFill pattern I supplied, or one of your own (Scale:100 Angle:0).
6. Image> Add Borders> 1 in black.
7. Selections> Select All.
8. Selections> Modify> Contract> 1.
9. Effects> 3D Effects> Cutout with the settings in the screen shot below.__37__.jpg)
10. Selections> Select None.
11. Image> Add Borders> 2 in white.
12. Select with the Magic Wand (Tolerance and Feather set at 0).
13. Flood Fill with the SilverFill pattern.
14. Adjust> Sharpness> Sharpen.
15. Selections> Select None.
16. Image> Add Borders> 1 in black.
17. Image> Add Borders> 10 in white.
18. Select with the Magic Wand.
19. Flood Fill with the Foreground/Background gradient.
20. Effects> Plug-Ins> DSB Flux> Bubbles with the settings in the screen shot below.__29__.jpg)
21. Effects> Edge Effects> Enhance.
22. Selections> Select None.
23. Image> Add Borders> 1 in black.
24. Image> Add Borders> 2 in white.
25. Select with the Magic Wand.
26. Flood Fill with the SilverFill pattern.
27. Adjust> Sharpness> Sharpen.
28. Selections> Select None.
29. Image> Add Borders> 1 in black.
30. Image> Add Borders> 15 in white.
31. Select with the Magic Wand.
32. Flood Fill with the Foreground/Background gradient.
33. Effects> Plug-Ins> Brush Strokes> Spatter with the Spray Radius set at 25 and the Smoothness set at 15.
34. Apply the Spatter again with the same settings.
35. Effects> Plug-ins> Simple> TopLeftMirror.
36. Selections> Select None.
37. Image> Add Borders> 1 in black.
38. Image> Add Borders> 2 in white.
39. Select with the Magic Wand and Flood Fill with the SilverFill pattern.
40. Adjust> Sharpness> Sharpen.
41. Selections> Select None.
42. Image> Add Borders> 1 in black.
43. Image> Add Borders> 30 in white.
44. Select with the Magic Wand.
45. Flood Fill with the Foreground/Background gradient.
46. Effects> Reflections Effects> Kaleidoscope with the settings in the screen shot below.__46__.jpg)
47. Selections> Select None.
48. Image> Add Borders> 1 in black.
49. Image> Add Borders> 2 in white.
50. Select with the Magic Wand.
51. Flood Fill with the SilverFill pattern.
52. Adjust> Sharpness> Sharpen.
53. Selections> Select None.
54. Image> Add Borders> 1 in black.
