I dedicate this tutorial to all the families that has been affected by a miscarriage, or by a baby passing away before the parents were able to take the baby back to the safe haven they prepared for him/her at home.  Those babies are now in the safest haven of all.  Heaven has some very special angels, and they are smiling down on you.  They will live forever in you hearts.

1.  Open a new transparent image 600x400 pixels.

2.  Set foreground color to C0C0C0.

3.  Set background color to 808080.

4.  Flood fill transparent image with the foreground color.

5.  Effects> Plug-Ins> MuRa's Meister> Cloud at default settings.

6.  Open BabyInArms_MistedByCandyLu.

7.  Edit> Copy and then close.

8.  Go back to working image and Edit> PasteAsNewLayer.

9.  Move tube to the bottom right corner.

10.  Open TinyFeet_MistedByCandyLu.

11.  Edit> Copy and then close.

12.  Go back to working image and Edit> PasteAsNewLayer.

13.  Image> Resize> 125% twice.

14.  Adjust> Brightness/Contrast> Clarify> 1.

15.  Move tube to upper left corner so that it's in the image enough to cover the rough edge of the baby tube.

16.  Open BabyText_ByCandyLu.

17.  Edit> Copy and then close.

18.  Edit> PasteAsNewLayer.

19.  Move to upper right corner.

20.  When you're happy with the placement of everything Layers> Merge> MergeAll(Flatten).

21.  Image> Add Borders> 1 in background color.

22.  Image> Add Borders> 5 in foreground color.

23.  Image> Add Borders> 1 in background color.

24.  Image> Add Borders> 30 in foreground color.

25.  Select border with Magic Wand tool making sure Tolerance and Feather are set at 0.

26.  Effects> Plug-Ins> MuRa's Meister> Cloud with default settings.

27.  Selections> Invert.

28.  Effects> Drop Shadow.  Vertical and Horizontal set at 2, Opacity 100, Blur 5, and Color black.

29.  Repeat Drop Shadow but with Vertical and Horizontal set at -2.

30.  Selections> Select None.

31.  Image> Add Borders> 1 in background color.

32.  Selections> Select All.

33.  Selections> Modify> Contract> 1

34.  Repeat Drop Shadow as before with Vertical and Horizontal set at 2 and then -2.

35.  Selections> Select None.

36.  Open CornerBaby.

37.  Edit> Copy and then close.

38.  Edit> PasteAsNewLayer.

39.  Move to upper right corner.

40.  Layers> Duplicate.

41.  Image> Mirror.

42.  Layers> Merge> Merge Down.

43.  Layers> Duplicate.

44.  Image> Flip.

45.  Layers> Merge> MergeAll(Flatten).
