Materials:
PSP (I used version 8, most other versions should be compatiable as well).
Image of your choice, or the one I used HERE .

Filters Unlimited
Neology

This tutorial is written for my friend Cat.  She is one of the most sweet and sincere people I've ever known.

1.  Open your image.  Shift+ D and close the original.
2.  Resize if necessary.  If do then Adjust> Sharpness> Sharpen.
3.  Edit> Copy (we'll use this later).
4.  Choose a dark color from your image as your background color (I used 4B3B51).
5.  Choose a gold or silver pattern that compliments your image as your foreground pattern.
6.  Image> Add Borders> 4 in a color NOT in your image.
7.  Select with the Magic Wand (Tolerance and Feather both at 0).
8.  Flood fill with your gold or silver pattern.
9.  Adjust> Sharpness> Sharpen.
10.  Selections> Invert.
11.  Effects> 3D Effects> CutOut with the settings in the screen shot below.

12.  Repeat CutOut, but this time change the Vertical and Horizontal to -2.
13.  Selections> Select None.
14.  Image> Add Borders> 1 in Black.
15.  Image> Add Borders> 2 in White.
16.  Select with the Magic Wand.
17.  Flood fill with your gold or silver pattern.
18.  Adjust> Sharpness> Sharpen.
19.  Selections> Select None.
20.  Image> Add Borders> 20 in your background color.
21.  Select with the Magic Wand.
22.  Effects> Plug-Ins> Filters Unlimited> Neology> Transparent Pizza.  Slices set at 7.  If Neology isn't in your Filters Unlimited you'll have to import it there.
23.  Selections> Promote Selection To Layer.
24.  X out the background layer by clicking on the eye.  Example in screen shot below.

25.  Make sure the Promoted Selection layer is active.  Now select all the black in the frame with the Magic Wand.
26.  Un-X the Background layer.  This is what you should have now (example below)....

27.  Now Edit> Paste> Paste Into Selection.
28.  Selections> Select None.
29.  Selections> Modify> Contract> 20.
30.  Selections> Invert.
31.  Effects> 3D Effects> Inner Bevel with the settings in the screen shot below.

32.  Selections> Select None.
33.  Layers> Merge> Merge All (Flatten).
34.  Image> Add Borders> 4 in a color NOT in your image.
35.  Select with the Magic Wand.
36.  Flood fill with your gold or silver pattern.
37.  Adjust> Sharpness> Sharpen.
38.  Selections> Select None.
39.  Image> Add Borders> 1 in Black.
40.  Image> Add Borders> 2 in White.
41.  Select with the Magic Wand.
42.  Flood fill with your gold or silver pattern.
43.  Adjust> Sharpness> Sharpen.
44.  Selections> Select None.
45.  Image> Add Borders> 40 in a color NOT in your image.
46.  Select with the Magic Wand.
47.  Edit> Paste> Paste Into Selection.
48.  Effects> 3D Effcets> Inner Bevel with the same settings as before.
49.  Selections> Select None.
50.  Image> Add Borders> 4 in a color NOT in your image.
51.  Select with the Magic Wand.
52.  Flood fill with your gold or silver pattern.
53.  Adjust> Sharpness> Sharpen.
54.  Selections> Select None.
55.  Image> Add Borders> 1 in Black.
56.  Image> Add Borders> 2 in White.
57.  Select with the Magic Wand.
58.  Flood fill with your gold or silver pattern.
59.  Adjust> Sharpness> Sharpen.
60.  Selections> Select None.
61.  Image> Add Borders> 50 in your background color.
62.  Select with the Magic Wand.
63.  Effects> Texture Effects> Mosaic-Antique with the settings in the screen shot below.

64.  Effects> 3D Effects> Inner Bevel with the settings as before.
65.  Selections> Select None.
66.  Image> Add Borders> 4 in a color NOT in your image.
67.  Select with the Magic Wand.
68. Flood fill with your gold or silver pattern.
69.  Adjust> Sharpness> Sharpen.
70.  Selections> Select None.
Add Corners if you wish - You're all done!!
