Materials:
PSP (I used version 8, but this tutorial should be able to be done in most other versions as well).
Image of your choice or the one I used HERE.
The mask HERE .

Careing, thoughtful, and kind hearted are a few words that describe the woman I wrote this tutorial for.  Carolyn is one of the sweetest people you will ever find.

1.  Open your image.
2.  Shift + D and close the original.
3.  Resize if necessary, if you do Adjust> Sharpness> Sharpen also.
4.  Select a light color from your image for your foreground (I chose DEBDA7).
5.  Select a dark color from your image as your background color (I used C39799).
6.  Change your foreground to gradient and choose the foreground/background gradient.  Angle and Repeats set at 0, Invert NOT checked, and style Linear.
7.  Change your background to pattern and select a gold or silver pattern.
8.  Image> Add Borders> 5 in a color NOT in your image.
9.  Select with the Magic Wand (Tolerance and Feather set at 0).
10.  Flood fill with your gold or silver pattern.
11.  Selections> Invert.
12.  Effects> 3D Effects> Cutout.  Vertical & Horizontal set at 0, Opacity 75, Blur 25, and color black.
13.  Image> Add Borders> 10 in a color NOT in your image.
14.  Select with the Magic Wand and then flood fill with the gradient.
15.  Effects> Plug-Ins> Graphics Plus> Cross Shadow with the default settings.
16.  Selections> Select None.
17.  Image> Add Borders> 5 in a color NOT in your image.
18. Flood fill with your gold or silver pattern.  Selections> Select None.
19.  Image> Add Borders> 40 in a color NOT in your image.
20.  Select with the Magic Wand and then flood fill with the gradient.
21.  Layers> New Raster Layer.  Flood fill with your gold or silver pattern.
22.  Layers> Load/Save Mask> Load From Disk.
23.  Select the Deecornerart1, with the settings below.

24.  Selections> Select None.
25.  Delete the mask layer.
26.  Click "Yes" when it asks if you want to merge.
27.  Adjust> Sharpness> Sharpen.
28.  Effects> 3D Effects> Drop Shadow.  Vertical & Horizontal set at 2, Opacity 100, Blur 4, and color #808080.
29.  Repeat but set V&H at -2 this time.
30.  Layers> Merge> Merge All.
31.  Image> Add Borders> 5 in a color NOT in your image.
32.  Select with the Magic Wand.
33.  Flood fill with your gold or silver pattern.
34.  Selections> Select None.
35.  Image> Add Borders> 8 in a color NOT in your image.
36.  Select with the Magic Wand.
37.  Flood fill with the gradient.
38.  Effects> Plug-Ins> Graphics Plus> Cross Shadow with the default settings.
39.  Selections> Select None.
40.  Image> Add Borders> 5 in a color NOT in your image.
41.  Select with the Magic Wand.
42.  Flood Fill with your gold or silver pattern.
43.  Selections> Select None.
44.  Resize your image if you wish.  If you do Adjust> Sharpeness> Sharpen.
