Hi Lupa... actually I forgot to mention, we all received samples of the product... words cannot describe the difference between a near-pure dark varietal and even high-end by famous chocolatiers such as Lindt, Ghirardelli, or Godiva. Not everyone will love the darks, but the only consumable I can compare it to is a fine wine with terrois nuances.

Thanks Cris... hmmm... well the generally generic brand & packaging at http://www.chocolatfactory.com/ does say "factory" ![]()
I do like the online experience. Very simple & clear.
And yes, I better stop looking at all these choco sites or I'll be craving some all day!

I have to admit - chocolate is a weakness. I'll have to try TCHO .... I'm usually a Lindt Dark person -
So anyway - If you haven't tried this .... do!
Take a bite from one square of Lindt 70% and savor as it melts in your mouth ...... just as the chocolate is starting to disappear, take a sip of room temperature, good quality Single Malt Scotch - I like the Glenfiddich 15 year for this particular indulgence ..... swirl the scotch, breathe (as you would in tasting a good red) and experience an unraveling of the chocolate flavor within the structure of the scotch .... it's a whole new way to enjoy both the chocolate and the scotch ...
Note to Russell - I'm sure TCHO will work just as well
