ABCDEFGHIJKLMNOPQRSTUVWXYZ是26個字符，只能表音不能達意，可以拼寫全部的英語語音。因為表音且字符數量少，所以被世人錯誤的以為英語好學，這是錯誤的，嚴重的錯誤。理由是：對于母語是英語的人來說，容易進入并可無限延續，因為其腦海中從娘胎里已經烙印了這種語言發音；而對于非母語人群而言，其腦海中烙印的是自己的母語，從新記憶一種語言，單一的依賴發音符號的排列組合而疊加到腦海中另外的語言，相對于漢語來說，是最難學習的外國語言，ABCDEFGHIJKLMNOPQRSTUVWXYZ26個字母，入門簡單，后續學習沒有邏輯提示的情況下是最困難的。中國人全國從小學開始普及英語，但真學會流利的英語者，寥寥無幾就是這個原因。
