A Vegas Casino seems a fitting venue for the Barnu & Bailey act. Guess California had enough of Bigfoot press conferences.

Well you can read the pages on what they "claim" the hand is and how "DNA proved it."

A check of the SFBI website says nothing about it. Prolly using it for fodder for their "Reality Entertainment" show tonight.

Remember SFBI is an ENTERTAINMENT company.

But the bottom line is if anything news-worthy happened, it would be on the news. So their DNA Press Conference obviously didn't prove anything to anyone if anyone even showed up,

Ok folks, now the SFBI website is putting out there a DNA lab, and a bio of Ph.D (Dr. Melba Ketchum) that will test DNA. (I bet Dr. Curt Nelson, of MIchigan State University, won't be taking SFBI's DNA specimens any longer!)

So here's the two questions I ask.

1. Is the nail going to the lab?

2. How about the "Hand" can ya test that too?

This lab supposedly has the courage to put out the real findings.

Time will tell. The SFBI site says if you have possible DNA evidence to contact them, and they'll get it along to the lab.

How about just contacting the lab yourself. Yes SFBI will pay for the testing, but with that, will also come strings that are attached.

Remember that.

(Caveat Emptor!)

It's strange though how they have all this information on this lab, yet no results from the nail. But we await.

See the entertainment company if interested in science, instead of just giving the appearance of, would be letting us know they're sending the nail, and the hand for that matter too. This would put the end all to all the mystique that the entertainment company has created around theses items.

But they won't let us know, because then the public would be waiting for results; results which may not be to said entertainment company's liking.

But a legitimately scientific or scientific minded organization, would put the info out there, good bad or ugly. Not level accusations of coverup like an entertainment company would do.

Again time will tell, I am expecting to hear nothing of their current finds. Perhaps I may be wrong, but I wouldn't put money on it.

Why is it every time I come up with a blog which proves the evidence, opinions and sometimes rantings I post here, they have to headline a story with me in it? Of course with all the contacts they allege to have, what REAL evidence have they come up with? Just stories, but they are an entertainment company in their definition of themselves in their business plan. Remember that, ALWAYS.

I find it comical, that they're tying up their site with garbage from the past, meanwhile my site, although I am taking time with my progress, is going to provide fresh material, as well as possibly some thoughts on the "classics." As well as other great sites on the subject, providing fresh content and insight.

The latest is the headline is the Lizardman...AGAIN. That was two years ago!!! Written by the "not so truthful," typing of JB Schmalzbach.

On August 5th, 2009, I posted this gem....

http://www.webjam.com/biscardi_exposed/$the_biscardi_deceptions_blog/2009/08/05/biscardi_and_his_lies_to_the_public_about_the_lizard_man

That's all I need to say right now..except...AT NO TIME were the swabs I took going to be sent out by SFBI for DNA testing...the police had already done that!!!.Nor were the casts of the bite marks going to be compared, because I could tell from the get go.... this was a quadruped, and the circumference of the bite marks were not that of anything huge, but most likely a dog or black bear.

Hence that's why there never was a follow up by them...DNA came back from a dog.

As I told you in the past, SFBI veep "JavaBob" Schmalzbach has made comments of being held at gunpoint during the pickup of the freezer. As I mentioned I've seen the film of the pickup and no one ever mentioned about being held at gunpoint.

"They don’t know that we were held at gunpoint while picking up the freezer and in fear of our very lives." - JB on the SFBI website.

In fairness I checked and double checked to see if I misunderstood what he was quoted saying. But it's very clear.

Here are some clips from the film shot by Videographer Brian Mazzola. Well does this look like they were being held at gunpoint?

TJ and Rick embrace.

From what I've seen of the film, Biscardi is doing his mandatory and self deprecating act of what he does, how great he does it..yadda yah. I am curious Rex Howdyshell is listed as a victim...he had nothing at all to do with this. He wasn't in Indiana nor in Georgia, so what is his testimony for, except the view points of a Kool Aid drinker, extolling his fearless leader.

I am in the firm belief that had I not been in Indiana to prevent Biscardi's cover up, what you would have been seeing (and probably laughing at) is instead of "Anatomy of a Bigfoot Hoax," rather this title:

Okay so I'm really not paying much attention so much anymore to SFBI. Too much on my plate doing my own thing.

But they apparently have come under attack by some hoaxers and they want to call them out.

One they say they're unsure of yet (although any moron could tell you it's BS), but a second, they say they know is fraudulent. Which any idiot can tell, because the return addy is not a government one.

But they've got a hotmail address it came from. Strangely it returns to my home town. (interesting this all came about after I busted a hoaxer trying to pass off a trail cam picture to me, but I have no evidence to prove it came from them...in this field it's so commonplace.)

So here's the prediction...they're going to blame me for it.

Well to them I say: "Bitches..... POST THE IP address!!!" That will tell where it comes from.

(Do you really think, that I'd be such a dumb-ass to put my own home town if I was going to do that? Now that I think of it, I don't have a record of faking emails, but Biscardi does, at least with forwarded DNA emails in which the word opossum had been strangely changed to ape)

I never minded anyone turning a buck for their Bigfoot Research.

But I always, at least in my philosophies, should expect someone to get something for their hard earned dollars. A shirt, mug, hat, maybe experiences, educations, books, DVD's.

But in it, should be a level of honesty and a product worth someone's hard earned money. For example the latest SFBI film, "Anatomy of a Hoax," has all this being held at gunpoint crap. Same as JB's post of being held at gunpoint when the body was picked up. This is all hogwash, and strangely has only come up now when the sway of public opinion is firmly in the belief that Biscardi had his hand in the hoax pie. They can tell themselves that is not so, but that is also the Jim Jones, Biscardi connection.

It is what it is to the realists. But to Biscardi and some of his Kool Aid drinking followers, "It is what Biscardi says it is."

Let's take for a minute the movie "Bigfoot Lives," which on the surface was a decent movie, however, as time passed, there were many questions unanswered. Like the skeleton, the movie never did state that DNA tests concluded it was not Bigfoot, but rather Homo-Erectus. The "Hand of Unknown Origin," was stated as not being in the system, when in reality the sample was too degraded to obtain any DNA, and now is further bolstered by the very phone call they claim validated their charge. (Problem was Biscardi was too busy talking to really hear what the spokesperson from the DNA lab was saying. Now that was done either intentionally or unintentionally, but look at the history, Biscardi has problems everytime DNA is submitted, including his latest claims, with no names or labs to back up his findings.)

The leg showed to us by Hiram Uppam was a beaver leg. When was that result verified, I am not sure but I have suspicions it was well enough in advance of the film release, and I did not find out myself until early 2008 after the film's release.

How about that hair, so meticulously plucked, by a sterilized Leatherman's tool by a "teacher like" Biscardi? (Note, he should have been using gloves as not to contaminate the process..but hey it looked good for the cameras I guess) Well no one I ever spoke to ever spoke of it. Probably tossed aside like the evidence I had collected for them like the teeth impressions of the animal which bit into the "Lizard Man" Van. Or the hairs and scat from Texas I found and collected. The bottom line was science was not their bag. Getting film, audio and TV interviews seemed more the mission.

Let's take a more devious look at something they did in 2006 shortly before the "Hand of Unknown Origin" popped up, a paid membership to their site:

What made me remember this is I am working on a piece deceptive practices for televangelists and some of the stuff here rings true with them similarly to this ad.

"If you are concerned about helping to prove the existence of Bigfoot, become a member."

Notice nothing there states that there membership would go towards proving the existence, (nice and legal) only if you are concerned. But it sure gives the impression it does. But we know now by their own mission statement, the company's intent is to create excitement, for reasons of gaining sell able items around the myth and capture of Bigfoot. Not the actual capture or discover mind you.

"Are you concerned, as Dr. Warren Cook is, that Bigfoot may become extinct before we get the chance to learn and support this elusive creature?"

Again, (nice and legal) it's only claim is asking are you concerned. But it does imply that Dr. Warren Cook is concerned. No he was concerned, as he passed away in the late 1990's again giving the impression of something that is not, that there is an academic in the field that is posing this question currently. (I'm not quite sure what they mean by support, I mean Food Stamps or public housing for Bigfoot? Frankly I have three kids..enough is enough.) Another note is Dr. Warren Cook NEVER supported any of Biscardi or SFBI's claims. He had doubts about the Marx films but obviously was charmed by them by his own admission.

"If you want to make sure that Bigfoot receives the protection it deserves, your membership will help us do that too."

Again, (nice and legal) help us do what exactly? Have they contacted conservation, government or community agencies, as how to protect the creature?

See like televangelists, the sense of putting the anointing oil, or miracle spring water on a check and send it on in, is a sense of urgency that the "reverend" will pray for you. But in those cases it's most likely going towards the "reverend's" houses, cars and Rolex.
See I knew they'd do it. Our friends from Redwood City pranked our show.

The number (650) 868 - 3356 is from the home town of our Wednesday night competition - (I'll take it down when the owner identifies himself...and prove the number is theirs.)

Fortunately I was ready for him and I had Drill Sgt. R. Lee Ermy waiting for him!! (Did they kinda forget...that was the same ploy they used the last time, when I was a guest on a show, so I knew what they were going to do. What an epic loser!) Of course I was going to leave him on...but he ran like a coward. So sad, but then again, look who I'm up against.

Sorry to see the competition to Squatchdetective Radio, the other 10PM show, out of Redwood, Ca., sadly is far behind the ratings than us, see I don't care about his millions of listeners he claims to have. I've seen his real ratings, and his skill at "exaggeration" is marvelous. Of course to combat this, they'll dedicate several minutes and or web space, time and effort to disprove this via some statistics, which can be made up, and or people on the payroll saying how great the ratings are.

So another loss to the "victims" as they've been calling themselves. Appropriate name for them.

Till Next time .. Kudos and solicitations...er you know what I mean.

"Anatomy of a Hoax"..Is Biscardi a Hoaxer or just plain stupid? Maybe both.

So phone calls were taped, yadda ya...I betcha a few missed the final edit of "Anatomy of a Hoax." After all it is a Tom Biscardi production what do you expect, an unbiased piece of work?

One thing you have to remember if you should watch that video, which I expect soon to be on YouTube, is that Biscardi attempted an initial cover up, and that I'm sure wasn't on the video and part of that cover up, was a non-disclosure agreement. None of the crew, at least most, were in on Biscardi's secret. He had lied to everyone to get them there. The non-disclosure was important aspect of the cover up, because if signed, would have meant Biscardi could have said anything, and the rest of us would have been legally bound to keep our mouths shut. I would not stand for such a thing. So phone calls proving Biscardi was hoaxed is not relevant, all it shows is his path of lies. All phone calls were based on the premise he WAS hoaxed. It wasn't until things would unravel in the coming days that would lead me to think otherwise, such as not finding out the REAL DNA results until after my initial radio broadcast uncovering the hoax.

I see TJ is back in the fray and took a shot at the "Crotchdetective." Well blood is thicker than water and perhaps maybe the apple doesn't fall too far from the tree now that he's back into Squatching again. Of course TJ does own some share of SFBI, so promotion of the film can only mean ching in his pocket. This is shameful, and I'm disappointed, as TJ has forgotten his day on the creek just what character his father has. To me he has succumbed to pressure instead of standing up and telling the truth on how he was lied to. I would have expected more of a former Ranger. I guess not all Rangers lead the way. (Now people may understand exactly why I did not reveal the cover up attempt until I was out of the Biscardi camp. Although he claimed neutrality due to who his father was and I was a "brother" to him no matter what, I didn't take that completely to heart. I suspected he could be a double-agent so to speak, so I never spoke of my Squatch adventures to him again, this proved it to me my gut was right.)

I also see Brian Mazzola came out with a statement too believing Tom. Which is funny because the last time I talked to Brian, almost a year ago, he was having some pay up problems with Mr. Biscardi for the film footage he took. He also tried to solicit me for an interview to see my side of things and produce an unbiased look at the hoax. That got ka-boshed thanks to Biscardi and his attorney threatening Mazzola, despite still not having paid him for the film he took. (Not the first time he's done this to a film maker.)We had a long discussion about the receipt which proved Biscardi had lied about only seeing it frozen after weeks of lying about seeing it thawed. He told me point blank that when Biscardi was asked the tough questions he skirted around them and wouldn't answer him. But money talks. And since Biscardi said anyone "going cowboy" would be out, I'm out. Again disappointed at the integrity here. Explain the lies Biscardi told, Brian, I take it that's not in the film.

But lets look at the big picture. The films premise is if we are to believe the following:

1. We are expected that after two trips to Georgia, and after going on Fox News, Entertainment Tonight, holding a press conference where Biscardi said numerous things including, "this is no suit, I've seen it touched it, smelled it." faked the initial DNA findings before the real one became public to several researchers, that a man supposedly who claims to be "street wise," born in NYC, spent time in Vegas as a show promotor and was an insurance salesman whom rose to the rank of Vice President in his company, would cough up $50,000 without seeing the goods? (Crack buyers don't even cough up a twenty without seeing the goods first, (or so I'm told ha ha). No see it, no money.

Let's not forget his AnimalNewYork.com interview on 8/14/08 where he said “Last weekend, I touched it, I measured its feet, I felt its intestines”

2. We are expected to believe that a man who was first warned by me that the likelihood of this is a hoax on Aug. 1st, 2008 and later by telephone by costume maker Phillip Morris, that it was a costume pictured (despite Biscardi telling people he was "right there" when the photos were taken, as well as the measurements and when the DNA was taken a week earlier, I might add.) he would still cough up $50,000?

3. We are expected to believe that despite their best efforts to have Whitton and Dyer prosecuted, and the fact that in a statement to Police,SFBI's own investor went on record saying he did not Bigfoot existed but was willing to cough up "fifty large"?

4. We are expected to believe that despite Biscardi and SFBI's best efforts, there were no criminal charges brought against the two as if defrauded by hoax there would have been? So much for Biscardi leaving me a voice mail, (despite me sending him a "cease and desist contact letter" to him and SFBI stockholder and attorney Dennis Kazabouski (or something like that), that "we're going to have our day in court...come on Steve, it's time to put the family together." I'll pass thank you.

5. We are expected to believe Biscardi was hoaxed when coincidentally, the freezer was bought the same night as Biscardi's second trip to Georgia?

6. We are expected to believe that Biscardi only saw it frozen when science dictates it wasn't possible to do such in the time allotted, as the unthawed costume picture obviously was taken on Biscardi's second day in Georgia? Let's not forget the picture of Biscardi, Whitton and Dyer too standing next to the freezer which had water and ice cubes in it.

Well given these six FACTS, I say if it quacks like a duck, walk likes a duck, it IS a duck.

Or you can believe Biscardi's version, in which, "The Bigfoot Hunter", so smart, so slick, the self proclaimed world's leading authority on Bigfoot, was hoodwinked by a couple of guys with a costume in a freezer, and got him to cough up a large sum of money, which in my opinion, makes him look pretty stupid and at the very least a self promoting pinhead.

The bottom line is I'm satisfied with people's opinions either way, that Biscardi is a sucker or he is a hoaxer. I KNOW the truth and I have the facts, I need not convince anyone. The best thing he could have done for what's left of his reputation, was let it go. But true to his statement, "We've got a great story here, and there's money to be made, providing no one goes 'cowboy'." Which was his intention the either way, albeit I might have screwed up his initial plan, by denying him his attempted cover up.

Buy the film... and add to his coffers or like me...wait for YouTube.

And of course it is a nice diversion from videos of Bigfoot he's promoting such as the Pennsylvania Leaf Video, or some old crusty bastard's toenail, but we'll be back to that soon!

On another note the Bigfoot Museum run by Mike Rugg I guess was having some financial difficulties, and all of a sudden all is well and he's ponied up next to Biscardi. (I guess the only museum Biscardi can get is one that's already in place instead of his grand plans in Frisco, Whiteriver or Vegas). Needless to say now a lot of pro-Biscardi propaganda is coming out of that sector, very similar in fashion to when Biscardi bailed out Ray Crowe's newsletter for a while, which during those times was laden with Biscardi propaganda. (Remember I know how this man operates.)

Kudo's and solicitations...er...salutations!

Hot off the presses from the Searching for Bigfoot website,

"The documentary about the true story of the biggest fraud and news story of this century...The Anatomy of a Hoax"

Okay well pardon me for being a bit crass but I have some title suggestions,

"The Hoax according to Biscardi"

"The True Story of the Hoax...omitting Biscardi's lies"

or, "Bullshit!" (oops that one's taken already, hey wasn't Biscardi "Asshole #1" on that cryptozoology episode they did?)

Well here's some news for you folks,

The real true story of the hoax is coming out in print by spring,

"Fifty Large!" the true story of the "Bigfoot in a Freezer" hoax by a man at ground zero, is nearing completion.

Hey and if you think you're not going to get the "party line" SFBI film, here's what Nat Geo had to say about Biscardi:

"At the conference, Biscardi said he had flown to Georgia and had actually seen, touched, and prodded the body and was satisfied it "was not a mask sewn on a bear hide."

Biscardi's propaganda is being offered soon at the Bigfoot Discovery Project, run by Mike Rugg.

This is a bit unusual as Mr. Rugg had this to say about Biscardi in the September 2005 issue of their newsletter:

"Nevada, he was originally taken in by the works of Marx. Biscardi is skilled at getting headlines, but is apparently an easy mark for storytellers. Rex, Biscardi's volunteer expedition leader who 'held down the fort' while Tom and the gang were off 'chasing rainbows,' characterized him as "reckless... a little nervous on the radio... he comes off as a used car salesman..." I disapprove of Biscardi's hyperbole, but I doubt he's done any deliberate hoaxing. But hoaxing is most definitely a deterrent to our coming to grips with this mystery. It muddies the waters and this sort of thing can give bigfooters a bad image in the eyes of the public." ---Michael Rugg

Well Mike, call me... read these pages. Biscardi still not a hoaxer???

I recently read an article, probably done some time ago, by JavaBob.

Now mind you I heard the stories of the pick-up of the alleged body, from the people that were there, and saw the films of the body pickup. I saw the video of all the participants, all of them

And JB writes this;

"They don’t know that we were held at gunpoint while picking up the freezer and in fear of our very lives."

The site of the freezer pickup.

Not one person that was there ever mentioned that to me, a point I would have felt they would have openly spoke about. In the videos I saw of them loading the freezer into the trailer, there were no guns. NONE, NADA, ZILCH. And big smiles and photo ops by JB and Whitton and Dyer.

The only thing mentioned was paranoia when a helicopter flew over.

So you know what...I'm beginning to think there may have been someone else who knew. The only person that has stuck with Biscardi at his side the entire time and whom has the next biggest share of SFBI next to Biscardi himself. Can be the only explanation.

Seems like SFBI is doing its best to keep people of Biscardi's back these days. It appears they are overly sensitive to the "Georgia" ordeal especially.

They felt it web worthy to post some correspondence, so in turn I feel it necessary to comment on such.

Unlike the writer whom chose to write here there was very little rhetoric in conversation.

But something very laughable occurs in JB's writings,

"As a matter of fact, we are currently in negotiations to establish a very high profile "Bigfoot and Hollywood Props" museum at the Adventure Dome in Las Vegas, Nevada..."

But later criticizes Loren Coleman and his audience by saying....

"..His audience is generally the same type of person who enjoys the "National Enquirer" or the British "Daily Star" or similar trash type publications. These people are interested only in gossip or "shock" news and not in the truth or the facts about any given subject."

Okay but opening a three ring circus called "Bigfoot and Hollywood Props" in Las Vegas, promotes truth and facts, and scientific value in the matter? Kind of makes me wonder if they'll use one of William Shatner's old toupees claiming it to be a patch of Bigfoot Fur. Probably pass a DNA test for Sasquatch more than the "Hand of Unknown Origin."

Now that I think of it, will a familiar costume be on display there?

Also why we're on the subject, what ever became of the museums that were supposed to be opening in San Francisco and Arizona? Or advertising (a now going on four year old movie) "Bigfoot Lives" on Jack's Links bags?

True to the form of their leader, it's become a bunch of empty promises, so nod your head and go yeah sure. Don't bother arguing, because it's the gospel according to Tom.

The same leader who wanted to create a cover story and lie about the truth in the Georgia story.

The same leader who came down with a sudden mystery illness on Monday night..and wasn't heard publicly from until Friday.

And didn't return to his radio show until a full week and a half, for the "Thank You Tom Show."

This is where Marco Bill called everyone Biscardi had contact with, and asked them to come on and give support and thanks to Tom for all he has done. Well a friend of mine, whom I met thanks to Biscardi, has integrity too and said "NO THANK YOU."

Now granted Loren has a way sometimes of being jaded with his prose. I wasn't all too happy about an article a while back. BUT.... I did not refer to name calling, as they are doing with me now, and apparently with Loren as well.

As I've said before, "When the opponent refers to name calling, it's because the other side has the better hand. When the opponent refers to yelling, it is because the other side had the facts behind them."

Remember when SFBI is under attack for their lack of scientific backing or in some cases, just plain common sense, they are quick to draw out the "naive and ill informed" or "misinformed or ignorant" banter. DON"T BELIEVE IT. They're on the defense for good cause. Just look at the exaggerations in their business plan 2008, within this site.

Which within the first quarter of next year we'll have more to show on that as well.

I love it. I am called an ignorant blogger by the buffoons of the Bigfoot Community - Tom Biscardi & Company. Glad to know I have their attention.

The more I see those things, the more I know I AM doing my job!!!

But in reality with the evidence on this site, we KNOW how things are handled.

Their "esteemed colleague" as discussed in a prior post, obviously has a problem with objectivity. Unfortunately, several years ago, I too felt I owed SFBI and Tom Biscardi, the benefit of objectivity. Nope I realize now he does not deserve the luxury any longer from me.

The people whom call me Ignorant are:

The same folks who claim to have captured a live Bigfoot, in front of a Coast to Coast AM Audience.

The same people who tell you the Hand of Unknown Origin has unknown DNA without proof.

The same people whose leader told millions "he touched it , felt it, smelled it."

The same people whom put out a business plan to attract investors full of junk science, untruths and misnomers.

The same people who say they can back up their claims.

Then JUST DO IT. Do what you say you can....DO IT!

Challenge is ON!!! So....Tom, and JB stop acting like little bitches... and come across with this so called proof. Stuff that can be verified through third parties.

Let's have the who? the what? the where?

Something official, with letterhead other than SFBI. Convenient that no one will put their name to it. But rather a "trust us".

Tom....NO ONE BELIEVES YOU. So... prove it to us with science, facts and documents. (Preferably BEFORE you have a press conference!)

Now shall we talk about the compelling Bigfoot Video that is obviously a leaf that has been focused upon by the video camera?

The other day I received a response from an SFBI "Associate" Member.

She goes on to write...

Your conclusion (B.S.) regarding the validity of the "nail" DNA test is erroneous at best and malicious at worst...

First, it is not erroneous, you see first, it doesn't take a rocket scientist, to understand that Biscardi in the past, has always played the "let's confuse the audience" DNA game.

With the "Hand" there was an alleged, "conspiracy". But if you read the report and the response from the phone call, the only one confused there was Biscardi. DNA was simply too degraded, but a conspiracy makes a far better story and adds to the mystique of Bigfoot. (And in line with the company's mission statement)

Second was the infamous Georgia Hoax altered DNA email he had sent to me and at least two other researchers, which the DNA results had been deliberately changed and omitted the BIG word: Opossum.

Nor is it malicious, as I happen to speak from experience based on a paper trail and FACTS.

Now all of a sudden we are supposed to believe another DNA story without a scientist putting there reputation to it?

Sounds pretty weak, if you ask me, and we are left to believe the words of a man whom told us in 2005, that "we have scientists looking at it (a captured Bigfoot) right now, and they estimate it to be...."

Or to the man whom said, "he touched it, felt it, smelled it", a story which would change a week later, after it was discovered to be a suit, by yours truly and a team whom he hoodwinked with the same line of garbage.

Furthermore you don't get a percentage of DNA, with something else, what that means is it is human DNA that has been compromised by something else. DNA MAY be similar, but not have a percentage of something with something else unless corrupted, For example, a recent sample SFBI had checked was Opossum DNA, (a certain percentage, with human DNA (another percentage). Was the thing a Human, Opossum hybrid? No...HELL NO, it was corrupted.

She goes on to state, "I have no intention of debating you regarding your accusations in this website." Well that would be wise, because there are no accusations, just testimony and hard written facts and claims. The claims by the way are from Searching For Bigfoot aka Tom Biscardi. She would have not a leg to stand on.

Another quip, "I can tell you that before offering my assistance to SFB, I made sure to research the facts behind the numerous derogatory statements I read about Tom Biscardi".

Well she's not that great of a researcher. How about getting in contact with people who have had bad experiences with him? How about questions to real people? What you did was research, but LAZY research and formed a contradictory opinion on the evidence presented and decided that opinion was to be weighted more than evidence.

"I found that those statements were either greatly exaggerated or made on conjecture by people whom were not privy to the facts"

Sounds like this person came into it with a pre-formed opinion. I was privy to the facts of the last several years when it comes to Biscardi. My opinion that this current DNA game is baloney comes not without precedent.

"...since I have known Tom, he has kept his word to me 100% of the time and has never failed to come through on his promises.."

For now....for now. Trust me...I speak from experience.

DNA BS?? LMAO!

Instead of Dr. HHHHH or SSSSS Labs forwarded by SL.

Let's just call it BS.

Let's face it ... here we go with the next round of DNA BS from SFBI. If these acronyms are getting confusing, let's hope the DNA doesn't turn up MIA as an FYI. That would make me go OMG and LMAO.

Again as we have seen in the past...

”Dr. HHHHH is not finished with the testing on the nail and if the media learns which University has conducted the test or has the nail, they will inundate them with phone calls. They clearly are not prepared to deal with that nor would they want that kind of publicity.” (SFBI Website)

If you ripped out your fingernail and cleaned it, leaving only the hard stuff, it would not contain any genetic material. The hard part of the fingernail is made up of primarily secreted proteins.

Furthermore in this rather amateurish exchange between SL & Dr. HHHHH, there is no mentions of what genetic marker testing was being used, how many control samples were. See the difference of a real report from a lab ("hand of unknown origin") and what you are getting here.

"The primate part seems to be right, but not the non-human part... it came back to be 99% Homo-sapien or human." (SFBI Website)

The only DNA from a fingernail, comes from the cuticle side, if it had been ripped out.

99% ??? IT IS A HUMAN nail!!... 1% easily could come from a contaminant. Especially from a FINGERNAIL.

Far from an amazing discovery....make your own assumptions why the sensationalism.

My good friend from the state of Florida... pointed out to me that in one of Biscardi's radio broadcasts, he brought up his usual legal threat..and how he's being slandered and that he has got an attorney...yadda yah. I wasn't mentioned specifically, but that's how he works. Well I know what it takes to prove slander and it just isn't there.

Just so everyone knows, these pages are spattered with some opinion, but also. FACT. Much of which comes from SFBI's own contradictory verbiage.

So have fun Tom... see if you can have a jury of 12 agree you're being slandered when you put films out as authentic such as the Shadow of Bigfoot and your speeches to Fox news how you touched it, smelled it, to Coast to Coast ("we have scientists looking at it now") blah blah. It would put your idiocracy back in the papers.

See my completed research has not all been revealed. More of the pertinent, more recent event stuff has... but there is much much more.

In time... though..in time.
