So phone calls were taped, yadda ya...I betcha a few missed the final edit of "Anatomy of a Hoax." After all it is a Tom Biscardi production what do you expect, an unbiased piece of work?

One thing you have to remember if you should watch that video, which I expect soon to be on YouTube, is that Biscardi attempted an initial cover up, and that I'm sure wasn't on the video and part of that cover up, was a non-disclosure agreement.  None of the crew, at least most, were in on Biscardi's secret. He had lied to everyone to get them there. The non-disclosure was important aspect of the cover up, because if signed, would have meant Biscardi could have said anything, and the rest of us would have been legally bound to keep our mouths shut. I would not stand for such a thing. So phone calls proving Biscardi was hoaxed is not relevant, all it shows is his path of lies. All phone calls were based on the premise he WAS hoaxed. It wasn't until things would unravel in the coming days that would lead me to think otherwise, such as not finding out the REAL DNA results until after my initial radio broadcast uncovering the hoax.

I see TJ is back in the fray and took a shot at the "Crotchdetective." Well blood is thicker than water and perhaps maybe the apple doesn't fall too far from the tree now that he's back into Squatching again. Of course TJ does own some share of SFBI, so promotion of the film can only mean ching in his pocket. This is shameful, and I'm disappointed, as TJ has forgotten his day on the creek just what character his father has. To me he has succumbed to pressure instead of standing up and telling the truth on how he was lied to. I would have expected more of a former Ranger. I guess not all Rangers lead the way. (Now people may understand exactly why I did not reveal the cover up attempt until I was out of the Biscardi camp. Although he claimed neutrality due to who his father was and I was a "brother" to him no matter what, I didn't take that completely to heart. I suspected he could be a double-agent so to speak, so I never spoke of my Squatch adventures to him again, this proved it to me my gut was right.)

I also see Brian Mazzola came out with a statement  too believing Tom. Which is funny because the last time I talked to Brian, almost a year ago, he was having some pay up problems with Mr. Biscardi for the film footage he took. He also tried to solicit me for an interview to see my side of things and produce an unbiased look at the hoax. That got ka-boshed thanks to Biscardi and his attorney threatening Mazzola, despite still not having paid him for the film he took. (Not the first time he's done this to a film maker.)We had a long discussion about the receipt which proved Biscardi had lied about only seeing it frozen after weeks of lying about seeing it thawed. He told me point blank that when Biscardi was asked the tough questions he skirted around them and wouldn't answer him. But money talks. And since Biscardi said anyone "going cowboy" would be out, I'm out. Again disappointed at the integrity here. Explain the lies Biscardi told, Brian, I take it that's not in the film.

But lets look at the big picture. The films premise is if we are to believe the following:

1. We are expected that after two trips to Georgia, and after going on Fox News, Entertainment Tonight, holding a press conference where Biscardi said numerous things including, "this is no suit, I've seen it touched it, smelled it." faked the initial DNA findings before the real one became public to several researchers,  that a man supposedly who claims to be "street wise," born in NYC, spent time in Vegas as a show promotor and was an insurance salesman whom rose to the rank of Vice President in his company, would cough up $50,000 without seeing the goods? (Crack buyers don't even cough up a twenty without seeing the goods first, (or so I'm told ha ha). No see it, no money.

Let's not forget his AnimalNewYork.com interview on 8/14/08 where he said  “Last weekend, I touched it, I measured its feet, I felt its intestines”

2. We are expected to believe that a man who was first warned by me that the likelihood of this is a hoax on Aug. 1st, 2008 and later by telephone by costume maker Phillip Morris, that it was a costume pictured (despite Biscardi telling people he was "right there" when the photos were taken, as well as the measurements and when the DNA was taken a week earlier, I might add.) he would still cough up $50,000?

3. We are expected to believe that despite their best efforts to have Whitton and Dyer prosecuted, and the fact that in a statement to Police,SFBI's own investor went on record saying he did not Bigfoot existed but was willing to cough up "fifty large"?

4. We are expected to believe that despite Biscardi and SFBI's best efforts, there were no criminal charges brought against the two as if defrauded by hoax there would have been?  So much for Biscardi leaving me a voice mail, (despite me sending him a "cease and desist contact letter" to him and SFBI stockholder and attorney Dennis Kazabouski (or something like that), that "we're going to have our day in court...come on Steve, it's time to put the family together." I'll pass thank you.

5. We are expected to believe Biscardi was hoaxed when coincidentally, the freezer was bought the same night as Biscardi's second trip to Georgia?

6. We are expected to believe that Biscardi only saw it frozen when science dictates it wasn't possible to do such in the time allotted, as the unthawed costume picture obviously was taken on Biscardi's second day in Georgia? Let's not forget the picture of Biscardi, Whitton and Dyer too standing next to the freezer which had water and ice cubes in it.

Well given these six FACTS, I say if it quacks like a duck, walk likes a duck, it IS a duck.

Or you can believe Biscardi's version, in which, "The Bigfoot Hunter", so smart, so slick, the self proclaimed world's leading authority on Bigfoot, was hoodwinked by a couple of guys with a costume in a freezer, and got him to cough up a large sum of money, which in my opinion, makes him look pretty stupid and at the very least a self promoting pinhead.

The bottom line is I'm satisfied with people's opinions either way, that Biscardi is a sucker or he is a hoaxer. I KNOW the truth and I have the facts, I need not convince anyone. The best thing he could have done for what's left of his reputation, was let it go. But true to his statement, "We've got a great story here, and there's money to be made, providing no one goes 'cowboy'." Which was his intention the either way, albeit I might have screwed up his initial plan, by denying him his attempted cover up.

Buy the film... and add to his coffers or like me...wait for YouTube.

And of course it is a nice diversion from videos of Bigfoot he's promoting such as the Pennsylvania Leaf Video, or some old crusty bastard's toenail, but we'll be back to that soon!

On another note the Bigfoot Museum run by Mike Rugg I guess was having some financial difficulties, and all of a sudden all is well and he's ponied up next to Biscardi. (I guess the only museum Biscardi can get is one that's already in place instead of his grand plans in Frisco, Whiteriver or Vegas). Needless to say now a lot of pro-Biscardi propaganda is coming out of that sector, very similar in fashion to when Biscardi bailed out Ray Crowe's newsletter for a while, which during those times was laden with Biscardi propaganda. (Remember I know how this man operates.)

Kudo's and solicitations...er...salutations!
