One of my friends told me that she layers her sheets on her crib to save time. "What?!" I said. So she explained...
Plastic mattress pad, sheet, plastic mattress pad, sheet. That way, when one gets yucky in the middle of the night, there's no wedging and unwedging of the mattress while struggling to get a new set on. Simply take one of the layers. Genius, really.
