It's a lonely life out there. A playdate or a playgroup certainly breaks up the day, gives the kids a little fun (and wears them out too!) and I get to have intelligent conversations with (gasp!) other adults!

Start a thread to find moms in your area, like-minded moms, or like-minded kids. Set up a playgroup, playdate, or a quick event (like meeting for a walk). Enjoy, and be social!
