I have just realised the theatre group address was incorrect; it is: html://http://www.tmlt.com.au
Barbara
Thanks for your comments; I'm afraid my own website is rather neglected becuase I am maintaining the BERIA 410 site and my theatre group one at html://tmlt.com.au.
Now to get to grips with your question. It really isn't that easy because, for a start, finding any piece of music that will suit your voice in the right key will be the most difficult part. I can give you a link to Andre Rieu playing it and you could possibly sing along, however it isn't ideal: http://andre-rieu-the-johann-strauss-orchestr ... 61686
In some ways the best way would be for you to download a karaoke file into a karaoke player, becuase you can change the pitch to suit your voice. I will have a look at that if I get time, tomorrow, or may be Friday. Problem is I have to take Graham to see the surgeon who operated on him to have his stitches removed, so don't know what time I will have.
I will also have a look on iTunes, because the good thing about iTunes is you can purchase just one track from a CD, for about $1.99 US and they sometimes have a good selection; it very much depends on the piece.
Cheers
Barbara
Hi Barbara,
I wonder if you can help me as I have no idea where to start.
One of my friends is having her 50th Wedding Anniversary in May which I am unable to attend. I would like them to know I am thinking of them and want to present them with a CD of the Anniversary waltz with me singing.
I know you do lots of recording so have you any ideas where I start? I only have 3 weeks.

This is the first time I have looked at this site it's soo good
