• Modules : drag & drop the modules you like (mail, feeds, blogs...)
• Feeds : Choose your preferred news
  
• Style : amend the background of your page
  
• Invite : invite the people you want to see your page based on your privacy settings

Moving your mouse accross the page, you can modify it by :

• dragging around modules and changing column width
• editing each module by clicking on the edit button
• deleting the one you don't like via the "x"
  
• selecting privacy settings for each module
