After about 4-6 weeks of attending Beavers you find you are enjoying the meetings and you would like to continue, we will arrange a date for your investiture ceremony.

This is where all of the Beavers will officially welcome you into the Colony and our Group Scout Leader will welcome you into the 1st Woodend Scout Group and present you with our group kneckie, woggle, badges and an invesiture certificate.  Your family will be invited to the investiture ceremony as well as they may want to take photograghs. 

During the ceremony you will be asked to say the Beaver Scout Promise and the Beaver Scout Motto, this will be on your invite in case you would like to memorise them both.  But don't worry if you can't remember the words, your Beaver Scout Leader, Hedgehog, will help you on the night.
